Ayurveda entered my life many years ago, and I truly believe it saved me in ways I could never have imagined. It taught me to understand myself from the inside out — to finally meet the person I was always meant to be.

By learning my constitution, listening to my body, and choosing foods and lifestyle rhythms that felt aligned with me, I discovered my own natural capacity to heal. Fatigue, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression — the heaviness I once carried began to shift when I started nourishing myself as a whole being: spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Through nature, yoga, cooking with spices, and choosing food from the earth rather than from a packet, Ayurveda led me into a profound journey of self-discovery, self-realisation, and reawakening. It became a foundation of simplicity — a gentle, ancient wisdom that arrived in my darkest days and quietly guided me back to myself.

Over 20 years on, Ayurveda is still my compass, my intuition, and my reference point for every decision I make. It helped me find my vocation, my purpose, and the deep joy of helping others heal in their own way. It brought me home — and even now, it brings tears to my eyes when I think of how far I’ve come and the woman I’ve become: no longer suffering in silence, but thriving, shining, and living with intention.

Ayurveda has been more than a healing system for me. It has been a way of life. A blessing. A gift. A calling.

And today, I share it with endless love and gratitude — to Ayurveda, and to the universe for placing it on my path.

What to Expect in an Ayurvedic Consultation

It’s always a deeply rewarding moment when I sit down with a new client.

The connection is often instant. Healing begins the moment we start talking. My role is to listen with a steady, open ear. No judgment. No rush. Just space for you to speak about whatever feels heavy or unclear.

I understand the road you’re walking through, because I’ve walked it myself. The physical aches, the emotional fog, the confusion about what your body is trying to say. My training and my own lived experience come together here, guiding how I support you.

During your initial consultation, we move through a few simple steps:

  • Your brief medical history to understand your background
  • A Dosha questionnaire to discover your natural constitution
  • Your current symptoms analysis to see what’s out of balance
  • A food diary, so I can spot nutritional gaps or foods that may not suit your body

From there, I look for the root cause rather than just the surface symptoms. Ayurveda teaches us that imbalance shows up long before illness does, and with the right food and lifestyle choices, we can gently guide your body back to harmony.

You’ll receive a personalised food guideline list, plus recipes I create based on your needs and constitution. Sometimes, part of the journey even takes us into my kitchen, cooking together and exploring spices as medicine.
