My experience in seeing Anna was both a worthwhile & positive experience. Having suffered from digestive issues, lacking in energy and concerned about my general health and wellbeing I was in search of answers that my general practitioner was struggling to provide.

Anna provided a non-invasive, friendly and professional initial consultation that instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable. Anna’s assistance, knowledge and plan of action was easy to follow, practical and extremely beneficial.

Through a series of questions Anna was able to identify areas in which needed assistance and were specific to my own individual needs. Through simple dietary suggestions I saw instant improvement in the way I was feeling. Anna was able to provide me with some recipes and information that I determined to follow and the results were almost instant.

After seeing Anna and following her recommendations the improvement has been incredible and months later I have looked back wishing I had consulted with her sooner.

Dear Anna, After attending your workshop I made the chickpea patties again. We all love them & I as mentioned previously this will be on our weekly menu. We also made the carrot raita & again amazing. So thank you, thank you again for these new wholesome vegetarian recipes which my family all love, they are tremendous & all time saving so I only have to cook the one meal for my fussy eaters!
