Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit my brand new Vibrant Healthy Living website.

I’m so excited to share my love of Ayurveda and all that comes with it, as you can see there has been some big exciting changes and I hope to bring you more of an insight and awareness about this ancient wisdom of Ayurveda I have come to love since it came into my life in 2004.

This website has been a work in progress, and I have to tell you this has been a great accomplishment to see my vision up here and I am so thrilled with the result!

But it doesn’t end here, I hope to inspire you all to take charge of your own health and bring in healthy practices which will include my own recipes so you too can enjoy the wonderful benefits Ayurveda can bring into your life.

If you don’t know me already, I am a wife and a mother of 2 adult children, have been a stay at home mum for over 28 years and when Ayurveda was introduced to me I was struggling with my own health issues, I found it was nothing like I experienced before. Ayurveda taught me to seek within myself to self-heal, the answers to my health struggles were right in front of me and that truly has lead me to where I am today.

My journey towards healing has been a discovery of who I really am, an awakening and self-realization reconnecting with myself on a deeper level and for that I am truly grateful. ( More of my story here folks! )
